Cast metal top and bottom with a glorious purple finish! The stainless steel mesh is sized to permit Nyjer® (thistle) seed to be pulled through, like a thistle sock. A clear polycarbonate collar at the top of the tube keeps the mesh screen in shape while protecting fingers from sharp edges. A seed diverter is built into the bottom to direct seed to the perimeter of the tube where birds can reach it.
